Our Culture

We help our team members grow in their current roles and dream about what's next. Our continuous development programme offers formal qualifications programmes and NVQ based learning for those taking a leap into the employment world. This is in addition to our AirMaxx standards whereby our staff undertake industry led training including RPII training and First Aid as standard.


In addition, we encourage university and college graduates looking to build upon their professional qualifications with the added bonus of practical skills desired by many modern day companies.


We also look into the wider community, supporting community events and charitable organisations. This can include TV and promotional support, hosting fundraising events or supporting smaller, local charity causes.

Safety First

Continuously campaigning for better industry standards, AirMaxx Events have help lead the way through our education programme and industry specific training.

BIHA & TIPE members since conception, £10 million public liability insured extending to £50 million upon request. Our staff are RPII badged and certified. In addition, our equipment is manufactured in accordance to BSEN 14960:2013 commercial standards, tested annually by independent inspectors and a 12-point digital safety check list is carried out upon installation. The first company in this industry in the UK to have this safety led app developed and installed.
